It's human wave right? I didn't play it for a while but here are my few thoughts Don't hold the woods. Leave the west woods (left one) on the first turn and go first for the foxholes and then the houses. Hold the east woods maximum for one turn, you might have to withdraw sooner if the Russian infantry is closing in. Use your artillery missions wisely, wait for a nice concentration of enemy infantry and unleash hell (one mission). Use Frei and his ability quite soon in the turn along an obvious path. If there is a big concentration of enemy units there is a big chance Frei will be able to fire again (and again, and again...) Pass a lot, this is very important, wait for the big stacks to take place and then shoot. Beware of the enemy MG, they can be deadly for units in woods. Don't try to eliminate units, shake them that will be enough. The more shots the more chance of heroes rising in. Better to have a hero rising with a new unit shaken then to have nothing more than an already shaken squad and a new hero. Good luck, this one is quite difficult but not impossible.
