I almost want to say it is an air show somewhere.
It looks like a mix of Su-34, MiG-29, Su-24, and an Su-25 at the end...

Otherwise that would be a very unusual strike package -- that Su-25 would be too slow to keep up with the rest of those birds.

Lipetsk is the base for the Russian Air force training center, which explains the composition. The base actually has an interesting story with its origins from the German Luftwaffe of all things.
