In the April, 1861 Grand Campaign as Rebels, this dude shows up in Little Rock, Arkansas as a General on turn 2......however, he was historically not made General until early 1864. I noticed he is not in the Confederate OOB for the July, 1861 Grand Campaign... J.O. Shelby
