Aircraft Refuel after dropping ordinance

Boltzmann -> Aircraft Refuel after dropping ordinance (3/19/2015 3:03:41 PM)
I have noticed that aircraft once they drop their ordinance go to refuel even though they have enough to stay on station. I have the refuel doctrine set to refuel and RTB with Winchester disabled. Curious if this was a desired behavior? Saved file attached.
