Hello,
I have problem with some air strikes specifically against runways.
The problem is that eight F-104G (as can be seen in attached test scenario) are set up in a mission to attack enemy runway. F-104 with Mk83 1000lb bombs will attack runway but F-104 with 500lb boms will just circle around enemy runway till they are out of fuel.
Also if I try to "engage target - auto" result is same (i.e. aircrafts with 500lb bomb will not attack and just circle around target). But if I use "engage target - manual" then they will attack runway.
Please look at attached scenario, just launch it and see the difference between F-104 with 1000lb bombs and F-104 with 500lb bombs.
Please let me know what is wrong. Thanks in advance.
