All my numbers were very good, cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, etc. All my triathlon workouts are paying off. [:)]

We get ours next Saturday. I gotta admit, I'm getting excited. Guess I'm getting all soft and emotional in my old age. Still miss my last one, though.

Me too. Miss both of them father and son. Neighborhoods kids are all excited for the arrival of the new puppy.

Afternoons off all week. An electrical engineer took vacation this week without informing me and left me high and dry. Absolutely no work. Nothing even from the architects. So I go in for the mornings, check for projects. If nothing I burn two hour of vacation and personal leave and go home. Good bike riding on the greenway trails in my free time. Just finished an 18.7 mile ride. That puts me at 314.43 miles for the season. Not bad for a 56 1/2 year old, eh. 
A very nice day for a ride. 71F and a light Southwest breeze . Perfect riding weather, just perfect. [:)]

That's great exercise Schanilec.

I use to ride a bike in charity events. One of the most fun was a 50 mile ride from Rosarita Beach to Ensenada (in Mexico..Baja Mexico).
