Hi

My USN opponent decided to quit WITP in the middle of our game , 43/2. I am looking for brave men to finish what he started ( sort of ) ...

His reason to quit was ' gave me the impression that something is wrong with allied CAP....' He was a good man so I am not critisizing really.

It's scenario 1. Set as realistically as possible.

Japan has entrenched from Tahiti to.....Tokyo. Diego Garcia is in IJN control. US is making a come back (Pago Pago, Bora Bora and Roi Namur are occupied but under heavy pressure ).

KB is intact but IJN lost 1 CV,1CVL and 1 CVE and several valuable surface units. Allies lost, 3-4 CVEs and 1 CV and some Surface assets. china affair can go both ways. Allies have finally broken the hold on Akyab and advancing.

I havent asked the passw from my ex-oppoenent but he'll gladly supply u with the key.

About me :

I played and finished via pbem 3 grand campaigns ( scen 01 ) so far ( all allies , invaded Japan in early 44, mid 44 and early 45 ) and currently playing one as Japanese and I might be doing vaguely OK so far ( check my posts about my position in the game )

Also - I want to use the last patch now that it's out. But the game is in latest beta so we have to convert before this happens.

I can play one, maybe two, turn/day a week. My Prefs are generally autosubs off - reliable torps off and rest is negotiable ( essentially Japan must be able to produce and research and upgrade whatever she desires ). House rules must include 4E bombers not making wavetop bombing. I am pretty relaxed about border crossing without penalties and if Japan wishes to invade India , she must be allowed to do so - to give you my perspective.

That's it, I am waiting for open arms to continue the dive...

HI,
I could play it, but first I would like to see the overall situation.
