I'm sure this is just a false positive but could somebody check to be certain. I downloaded and installed the .29 beta and Windows Defender alarmed me that it was a Trojan. So I installed Avast AV and got the same result. I uninstalled Avast and put on AVG. AVG gives the same result too. All three claim the .29 exe has a trojan attached. Could somebody please check to make certain. I've never had 3 AV programs all come up with the same thing so I'm a little hesitant to exclude the .exe and assume it's a false positive. I also tried this same process on two desktop pc's and one laptop with the same results.

Can't speak of the exe provided by installer, but the one I have passing all checks by AVAST/McAfee.

I didn't use the installer. I downloaded from Matrix' website. The Member section. It just seems odd that 3 different AV programs would register a false positive. Never happened to me before.

AV companies share recently discovered malware signatures so one tricky signature may affect multiple programs.
Please specify which file was detected as bad.

All 3 AV programs logged as a trojan and removed the main WarInTheWest.exe size 6.32 MB. It's probably a false positive but when 3 AV programs all say the same thing, I believe it's something worth checking. I tried on 2 desktops and 1 laptop with the same results. I'm not trying to run 3 AV programs all at once. When one registered the .exe as a virus, I uninstalled and tried another AV program. Started with Windows Defender, then Avast and then AVG. All 3 had the same result.

I had the same problem with the .exe
