I don't mean to nitpick, but we're a long, long way off release and it cannot be that hard to match the size of the description box with the available vertical space and only break upwards if there's actually enough room, so this still being a problem at this point just feels sloppy.
Just to be clear, the thing I'm complaining about here is that I cannot possibly see the contents of this description box. I can't scroll further upwards. The description pushes into screenspace that doesn't exist and becomes quite inaccessible at this resolution. I can play the game because I damn well know what the techs do but if I didn't, how on Earth would this help me find out?
