Well I might talk rubbish, I might look rubbish - indeed I may be rubbish. But at least, unlike some on this forum, I can spell the word [:-]

[:)]

I forget , you speak (and write) in that quaint little dialect from that funny little island under the clouds. [:D]
warspite1

Er dude - you forgot to change the heading back [8|]

On current evidence perhaps I should amend my earlier post, what?:

I did not want to single out individuals Numdydar as that would not be fair. But as you raised the matter, I am (with heavy heart you understand ) prepared to name names.

Roll call of (lets be charitable) less than knowledgeable folks on this forum [ahem - clears throat, leaves a slight pause, while raising an eyebrow at the audience to magnify the importance of what is being said]:

Chickenboy
AW1Steve

...that's it. That's the list

Thank-you very much

Orm -> RE: WARNING CONTAINS RUBBISH - HAZCHEM etc (4/23/2015 5:02:34 PM)

I think that the list, unfortunately, has too many names. [:(]

Did I spell that right?

I can't help that I think this forum is frequented by splendid chaps.

Did I spell and formulate that right?

But for the rest of the English speaking world (the one's who speak Noah Webster's English--the 1st English dictionary creator BTW--as opposed to that pidgin version espoused by those senile and moldy Oxford don's some years later in response). So , Warspite, speaking of your relationships with Scandanavians , how goes your battle over Sealion and Saving Private MacArthur? [:D]

Well I leave you to judge how Operation Slapstick..... er I mean Operation Sealion ended up. Suffice to say we are probably both happy we argued our case - and neither was persuaded by anything the other had to say.

As for Saving MacArthur I'd really rather not say what I truly think.

My response is "SAVE HIM!, I PAY PP's TO GET RID OF HIM". Honestly , I keep trying to appoint him base commander of Adak. Won't take. [:D]

AW1Steve -> RE: Whatsit #2 (4/23/2015 8:40:41 PM)

So "operation Seakitty's" a non-starter , eh?[:D][:D][:D]

Well now you come to mention it........ [Gets bundled into a strait-jacket by men in whitecoats and whisked off to the nearest sanitorium mumbling incoherently, something about artillery boats and laser guided coastal batteries]....
