Hi again!

Noticed a problem a number of patches ago and thought i would see if it still applied in 1.4.0.0, and it seems to do so.

What i noticed was that i couldn't fly german CAP before allied paradrops in hexes that already had invading allied units.
I was able to fly CAP in other empty or axis occupied hexes.

I recreated this in the attached save game where an american corps and a division are invading Rotterdam, and Jerry can't CAP against any incoming paras there.
There are at least two available fighters within range and at least one able para unit stacked with ATR in London so the para threat is valid and CAP can be flown to other hexes.

Really good catch there as invasions without a full complement of invaders often means a paradrop will follow. One of the "esoterics" of the Sequence of Play.
