I placed 4 Vulcans to 1,000 mts. from 6 Hinds ... 4 Vulcans destroyed vs 0 Hinds destroyed ...
I shot 16 Rapier missiles at 5,000 mts. to 4 Hinds ... 0 Hinds destroyed
Second try, 12 Rapier missiles at 4.000 mts.... 0 Hinds destroyed
Many more examples I could offer, but if that is not considered a problem then I guess that will not be solved ... a shame

I've managed to bring down Hinds with Rapiers. I've failed to do so with Vulcans but Vulcans aren't very good so I wouldn't expect them to be too useful. I've also shot them down with Stingers and an Abrams platoon once.

My experience is totally different. Vulcans are pretty decent against the helicopters but Rapiers and Chaparral quite useless ( and rightfully so - they were not designed to engage the targets below 150 feet ).

Actually, Rapiers were designed to hit targets below 150 feet. That's why they weren't given a proximity fuse (they were dubbed a 'hittile not a missile').

But in action, eg in The Falklands, they still didn't hit much.

Yes, I've heard that they had around few percent success rate.I don't think they could achieve much against helicopters flying few meters above the ground.

Try the units with Blowpipe AA missiles.

Worthless.

Unfortunately, again, the Falklands showed the exact same thing. Worthless.

ETF, what update are you looking for? 2.0.10b is the latest official, 2.0.11.6 beta is out there and we just sent the full 2.0.11 update to Matrix for installer build this week and it should be out in a week or so. That update will bring the game up to date.
