CyclopsSlayer -> Fleet Construction bug? (5/11/2015 5:45:55 PM)

I had run into this one a few years back and my workaround was to just not do it, heh, but recently I ran into it again. Details of what I had noticed; 1. Order 6 Cruisers to be built. 2. While the unbuilt ships were still in queue I grouped them into a Fleet. (Fleet 14 in that particular game) 3. 5 CA's were assigned to the Home system that had plenty of open yards, 1 was assigned to a world half way across the galaxy. 4. The 5 in the Home system finished building the distant one wasn't done. 5. Pirate intrusion in the home system and auto response of defensive fleets sent the 5 CA's of TF14 to chase them down. 6. From that point on the 6th CA would refuse all fleet orders. If I ordered the fleet to refuel, repair, attack, it would just sit there where it was built. I had to disband the fleet and reform it to get all 6 ships to run together. Anyone seen something similar?
