Your suggestion is to use 64bit OS which I have

My specs...

FX8320 CPU (8 core)
8 gigs ram
2 x Radeon 7970 (3 gigs each and crossfired)
Win 7 (64 bit)

I run my mod with 70 races. Is this too taxing for my spec? Would I need another 8 gigs?

i don't have the game tbh and also not from support, but as the error is a memory error i'd say you are maybe pushing it to it's limits, how long did the game last before it crashed and does it give a windows event viewer logfile and error code?

and your spec should be more than enough, but memory error says memory has run out, so maybe see what other apps you have running with game, and disable them? or a clean profile for a check to see if that helps, Google clean gaming profile for your o/s and if none of that helps, then try memory as a last resource

while more memory always helps, i'm not telling you to buy more as it's not a call i'd make, that's your choice not mine as you have the game and mod.

dual core, core duo E6850@ 3GHz with 6gb

dual core Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz 3gb of ram

i7 2700k cpu with 16gb of ram

i7 3960X cpu with 32gb of ram

but have a few spec machines myself, and must admit more it always better, but see what event viewer says, and try game again with task manager open and running and log cpu and memory use, then you will see if it crashes when or if it spikes, so then is a memory error, if it doesn't go 100% and ctd then it's something else...

either way good luck

I thought you were part of tech support so I posted my specs hoping that you could pinpoint the problem.

But you don't even have the game...
