I let the first comment on the Huffington Post go hoping it would die, then it appears I missed the first follow up comments.

Let's drop the political discussion please.

Bill

I don't get it Bill.

The very article itself is rife with a leftist slant and therefore completely political.

Shouldn't you have locked the thread after the first post?

I don't appreciate being singled out for a violation when the opening post constituted a political taunt.

I don't have the time to read every article that is posted here. I briefly scanned it, but didn't read it in any depth, I missed any political slant it may have had.

Bill

Hans , while Bill only has one set of eyes, forum regulars have many. Might I suggest that we notify Bill as soon as we something "political" or "offensive" as soon as we see it , and direct his attention. The major problem with this system is Bill IS only one person , who generally comes online in the afternoon. Some people have learned that by posting in the early morning , they get a large part of the day to "run free" with their posting. [:(]

I think Steve is absolutely right. Everyone knows that there are some things that seriously disturb my Wa, but I would much rather have an alternative to teeing off. It messes with my blood pressure. I fervently hope Bill is comfy with this. JWE

Of course we COULD just form a vigilance committee and hunt said offender down with a rope , but I'm guessing that might upset Bill's "wa" a bit.....[:D]

Very good points Steve.

I'm sorry for getting bent out of shape at you Bill. [:(]

I should have known better than to rise to the taunt.

I do get PMs and e-mails when something questionable is going on. It does help.

And, yes vigilantism would probably not turn out well. I saw it happen on another forum when the administrator was too laid back to confront anyone. It turned into a gang war.

No problem, apology accepted. Nobody was intended to get singled out here.

Folks, no intention on anything political. I saw pretty pictures of a place that is in a game I play. I thought I would share those pictures. any other intentions might be something you brought in the room with you. As for the source I didn't even notice. I visit lots of web sites representing a broad range of views.

John, we all know this, and we know you are righteous. You just might want to vet your "web sites representing a broad range of views" a teensy bit. Thanks, Ciao. JWE
