in the My gui are 2 Warnings, Widget property `Snap no found`and widget property Movable not found

grab both logs and zip them up with winzip or winrar or any porgram that does zip files (MyGUI.log and SowWL.log)

then staff will check them both for errors and get back to you with a reply.

make a new post and attach them thanks.

How is the DSR - Factors configured in your Nvidia Control Panel?
Please try with that option set to off.

Can you try to delete the dx9 file from the installation directory? I don't remember sorry, did you already install the patch?

Patch is allredady installiert. After delete the dx9 file, there is no different[&:]

The fact is that your Graphic card seems set to have the possibility to use more than half of your total PC memory as shared, 4gb also with the swap memory activated are not very much using win7. My suspect is that your graphic card is asking more memory from your PC of what the PC can give in that moment and you run out of memory loading the scenarios and the biggest sandboxes.

You should track your memory consumption during the loading process http://www.7tutorials.com/how-use-resource-monitor-windows-7 (Learn How the Memory is Used by Windows section) to see if you have many hard fault and free memory remain you during the upload.

I don't know what other games you use, but Gettysburg at example is graphically inferior to Waterloo in terms of maps and sprites so it asks less in term of memory, you can make a test of memory performance between the two to see the difference.

The game crahes bevor i can see the 3d map. for example, i click on the tutorial button, the game goes not in to the next screen

Something is wrong with your installation I think; the correct log from the automatic update should be like this one below (a part the different path) (just repeated the full procedure); it seems like patch is making a new install. Someone else can check own log to see how it is?

I can play the sandbox with army vs army and high details, also the campaing and the user scenarios. All The waterloo scenarios crahes and also the tutorial.

what drive did you install the game to? as the game defaults to the C drive, but your patch notes say E drive, so have you installed at any time to both? for me i'd remove the game altogether and use a registry cleaner something like ccleaner and repair all, check all your hard drives for the game and folders and makes sure there is no files / folders left over from the game after it's uninstall, then re boot the pc, run ccleaner or another type of same program and recheck it again for faulty install files and duplicates etc plus anything else that's left on, then and only then install the game to the default place, which it selects as drive C:\Matrix Games\Scourge of War Waterloo then update the game, also watching to make sure the patch goes into the correct folder, again C:\Matrix Games\Scourge of War Waterloo, if it doesn't then manually copy the files from where it puts them and cut and paste into the correct folder and overwrite, now try the game, good luck

THe E: path is in mine log, in his log there're install line should be not present in a patch update (at least not in mine), with a error line too. So something is wrong in his installation. Can you attach a screenshot of your sandbox creation screen?

i have removed the old game and made all
like you say (ccleaner etc). Copy the Patch manually in the right folder. The patch log file looks now right. But the Error message vertex error stays.
