Every time I've tried to manually transfer air units I get a pop up that says "No selected air unit is eligible to transfer." What's the secret? The manual is useless on this topic. Yes, I've tried it before the planes have flown, and to blue bases under the same command.

Never mind, figured it out. It would be nice if there was some indication on the strip for the air group that shows up on the right side of the screen that you have to click on the left side of it to transfer the group. sheesh.
