Hi, what id like to do is change 1 specific thing in the empire policys: in the Tax manager, colonies are divided in: small, medium and large. What i want to change is the ammount of population that qualifies a given colony for small medium and large. so id like to make a large colony start at 7Billion people, not at 2billion. does anyone know if that is possible? greetings
