Why are some of the Russian units disrupted at the start of the Quick Start Barbarossa Scenario?

The three shown in the picture below all start disrupted, plus the two in Murmansk.

Edit: Is it because they are all Reserve units?

I answered my own question. In the quick Start scenario, the Call Out Reserves phase has already occurred. Thus the disrupted reserves.
