I wonder if it is possible to put a big note somewhere in replays showing when a turn has been saved?? I regularly save PBEM turns during movement in big games like FITE and TR - and sure it is possible to use that for "recon cheating" - but IMO it is a lot less suspicious than a turn that is saved right before or after every (or any!) combat round!!
