Hi, I just bought the game, and have completed the first two tutorials without much difficulty (well, I got all my f-14s shot down in the first, but that was part of my plan). The 3rd tutorial seems much harder though - I canīt get past the Neptune at the start! How do I get my destroyer to defend itself? Do you have to fire weapons manually?

Step one, activate the radar on your destroyer ;)

Go to the Doctrine & Roe tab at the middle right of your screen and click on doctrine. In the doctrine tab go to EMCON settings and switch radar from passive to active. Now your radars are active and will detect, engage and destroy the incoming Harpoons well before they will become a threat.

Ships and TF's often start missions with EMCON set to passive as not to betray their position, it's then your responsibility to activate your active sensors when you deem the time right.

Ps: You can also engage surface ships with SAM missiles if you change this setting to YES under the Doctrine & Roe tab.
