AlbertN -> Playing on a Laptop... (Help!) (8/7/2015 6:30:47 PM)

I am on vacations! But I was on my old laptop and wanted to play some.

The game runs, that is not a problem.

But as soon as get in some phase which opens a new big window ... the "OK" button is out of reach and I am stuck!
The resizing of the "windows" of WiF does not exactly scale them, just "cut" them.
I've not found a place where I can setting graphics of sort for WiF either, and my laptop atm is at its best resolution (It's a 14" screen, so pretty small.)

Anyone knows how I can solve the issue?
(Without going with a "Turn Screen of 90 Degrees" process every time I get in such situation?)

You can't solve it on the the laptop, the screen is just too small to work for MWiF. Probably too late now without assistance at the home front, but you could have set up Teamviewer on your home PC for remote access and then used Teamvmiewer from your laptop to go into it.

Some of my mates on our Teamviewer game occasionally access from laptops and I think they can move their window to different parts of the main screen.

You can try hiding the taskbar, that might give more screen space for the window.

Turning on auto-hide the taskbar works for me. I play on the laptop.

Yes, that is my suggestion as well.

The program requires 768 vertical pixels. Less than that means numerous forms will lose portions of their bottom pixel rows. Oftentimes the OK - Done buttons are down there.

I played on MacBook pro 13' with Parallels and haven't got that problem (hiding task bar)

Or shift the task bar to the side. That is what works for me. They hide feature is annoying if you have to scroll to the bottom a lot ... like to get to the ok/done buttons. :)
