I just completed the prototype for a scenario with some rather unique features. A West German TIR is given very wide latitude to set up in any built up area of the map. Russian non motorized elements from an Air Assault Brigade set up essentially anywhere on the map OUTSIDE urban zones. At 4 am chaos ensues.

Both sides will see heavier units pour in from either side of the map. The real trick is that the on map urban zones hold the VPs, but the west edge of the map has numerous Soviet exit locations. A savvy Russian player can simply bypass the urban zones to achieve a "breakthrough" victory. The NATO player might counter that prospect with a committed rear cordon, but then risks losing the VP locations spread across the map.

This is ready for playtesting. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

I have been poking around with this. Seems like the closest unit to your location would have been the 82 Regiment at Hasbergen, 820 for the mortar company, then 821, 822, 823 for the regiments.

Your reinforcements might be coming from the 52 Brigade at Lingen, so the mech companies could be from 522 heavy jaeger battalion.

The info I am looking at shows four companies per battalion.

Not exactly notes on game play. Just a little OOB chrome.
