Yea, I threw flak into cities that were underflakked, which is a surprising number of cities. I threw one construction battalion into Essen, Blekhammer? Sud, Duisberg, and Cologne. I eventually put one in Mainz since my vehicle replacements were being slaughtered.

I do not pull flak regiments out of ports though, as I want my opponent to have to work for it to land successfully.

Oh, I do like to find out that I was clobbering your Vehicles. It was a secondary target but glad to know my intel was actually good on that one . . .
