Ok, I started a new game with the new patch. Oil that is directed to be saved is not putting down saved oil counters so when you get to reorg all you have is the resource themselves. Maybe something to do with the new process for netplay for saving bp's? No idea, but no way to use the oil rules in a new game.

I just tried it an encountered the same problem. The production planning form shows the oils being saved but at the start of the next turn the oils saved have not been added to the prior oils saved and no new markers have been added.

This is a new bug that did not exist in prior game versions. I have reported it in the beta forum.
