Can u guy remove the various number restrictions in the editor?

Lonck -> Can u guy remove the various number restrictions in the editor? (8/28/2015 4:15:34 AM)
character skills only go to 100, colony size to 400 and development to 200. Can u remove these for the editor. Sometimes I like to have these cheat play times just for the hell of it and the restrictions are a little annoying.
