cant launch game after update response reads fail to extract project file to memory. will i be able to play battle of britian if solved

Download the update from the link below: http://ftp.us.matrixgames.com/pub/OrderOfBattle-Pacific/OrderOfBattle-Pacific-UpdateComp-v193.zip Once you have downloaded the file please unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game. Please make sure that your anti-virus is not interfering when you are updating and running the game.
