FoxZz -> [ANSWERED] Processor and graphic card not running at 100%. (9/15/2015 9:17:35 PM)

Hi,

I've noticed that when I play heavy scenarios with a lot of units Command lags out with each game second making several real seconds.
When I open the task manager, the processor allow to command only 5-10% of its ressources and the memory 16-20%.
I've set Command with a high processor priority and launch it with my main Nvdia graphic card, however, it doesn't seems to change anything.

What should I do ?

I've also had a crash in the editor when a lot of things began to spawn. I've added the error message screenshot in this post.

My computer config is the following :

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz (Socket: FCBGA1364, Clockspeed: 2.5 GHz, Turbo Speed: 3.5 GHz, No of Cores: 4 (2 logical cores per physical))
Graphic Card : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 860M with 4GB of RAM
RAM : 8 GB
Memory : 128GB SSD
Windows 8.1 64 bits.
( It's a laptop)

The new betas have a number of performance boosts which you will definitely see in 1.09. Soon[:)]

Is there any power saving stuff enabled?

The Command main thread runs on a single core (with nav, sensor, etc, handed off to different cores), and you must enable your computer to run the cores at 100%.

I've manage to grab a slight peformance boost by setting my battery mode on high performance, but still cannot reach 100% on the processor, even when prioritised as high.

I have never seen more than 60% average for large scenarios(1500+ units). But it does seem to use all eight cores to some extent.

btw, I have a laptop very similar to yours.
