I've lost 30+ points the last 3 turns even though as far as I can tell I'm over garrision requirement each turn (I don't trigger the warning at end of turn). screenshot of latest turn.
Game attached next post. I can email axis pw.
edit: am I missing something obvious?

Hmm..since you are losing a small amount every turn (around 10 if my math isn't failing me)....

Perhaps there is a rounding error where your actual garrison is like 19.99 in Denmark.

The only way to know would be to increase the garrison there to 21 and see if the problem goes away.

I ran your save to the next turn and you scored -1 garrison VPs. Do you have a save from before you ended your turn on one of the turns where you lost points? If you were never notified that you were under the garrison values, there's a bug here somewhere, but we could really use a save from before you ended your turn so we can see what the situation was going into the scoring phase.

I ran this turn through again and didn't get the issue. you might have to reduce the Denmark garrison to 20 reported garrison points to reproduce.

edit: when I run the turn through without doing anything I don't lose the VPs. So something I've done during the turn must create the condtions. I don't think I'll be able to reproduce that.

It's a good practice to always be at least 1 AV over, for this reason.
