Error in 0 -> Game does not fit window (10/3/2015 9:12:17 PM)

Hello
I am running win 8.1, and the game does not fit the window. The top part is hidden behind the Windows task bar (the blue part that probably says "Matrix Games Forum - Internet Explorer" when you read this Message (in IE). It is annoying because there are some important buttons there (continue, exit etc). Suggestions?

Please attach a DxDiag report file.

How to get a Directx Dialog file:

1. click on "START" (on Windows 8 Press "Windows Key" + "R" and go to step 3)
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. Attach the file to your post
