c00per -> Soviet Industrial Railing ? (10/6/2015 6:35:48 PM) OK either I have missed it or it is not in the rules but as I understand it armaments, heavy industry and vehicles can be shipping in partial amounts all other mfg types once you ship one the rest are destroyed. Do I have this right ?
