Mudmag99 -> Sorry about all the questions... (10/12/2015 8:02:56 PM)

but here's another!

Can I be 'burning/leaking' Political Points and not know it? I'm trying to change My 2nd Marine Raider and every turn I have ZERO political Points

Help!!!

You may want to check and see if you have ships or air groups that need to be withdrawn.

From the manual
6.9 WITHDRAWAL To reflect the desperate need for combat ships in the Atlantic Theater by the Allied side, the player will need to periodically withdraw certain US and British ships from the game. The withdrawal date for each ship is set within the editor. There is a Political Point penalty for failure to withdraw a ship when scheduled. To withdraw a ship, the ship must be off-map or at any national home base except the NEI and PI.. If these conditions are met there will be an option on the ship detail screen that allows for Withdraw Ship to be selected
and from 7.2.2
A unit subject to forced disbandment can be identified by only having the “Disband” option in the unit menu. Units subject to forced withdrawal or disbandment can be kept in play against a running PP charge.

On the map screen upper task bar there are three reports you need to read every turn. SigInt, Ops, and Combat Report. If you're losing PPs to failure to withdraw it will be in the Ops report.

Without this community I have no idea what I would do!

THANKS!!!!!

Please don't apologize for asking questions, this game requires it. I don't read the combat reports every time, you can get the information from watching the replays and the reports come at the end in the replay anyways.

Ops you certainly do need to read. Signit can give you some *very* useful information.

Don't be scared off by the crabs that say read the manual!!! It is usually quicker and more productive to ask here than fight through the manual.

Yes it is, but it is also more imposing on and presumptuous of others.

One should always seek to use one's own resources FIRST and then after having exhausted one's own efforts, ask others for help.

It's the polite thing to do.

Hi M99,

Go ahead and ask... there are always folks hanging around to provide answers. Now, right answers might be a little less prevalent, but answers we got.

Cheers,
Guy
