Unabled to Resume saved PBEM game (Full Version)

FastPhil -> Unabled to Resume saved PBEM game (10/14/2015 2:51:41 AM) This just started tonight. I Select PBEM and then resume saved game and the screen just stays as is. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no change. Task manager says middle East.exe (32 bit) not responding.

FastPhil -> RE: Unabled to Resume saved PBEM game (10/14/2015 10:26:39 PM) Uninstalled the game again and deleted all files/folders after the uninstall and cleaned the registry and then rebooted. Installed again and problem is resolved. If it happens again, I'll send you the files. I should say I am running this on Windows 10 and just had an update.
