Has anyone tried a custom scenario set up w/ IJN prod turned off & all you get are std replacement rates etc vs having to go through all the HI pts/manpower/engines/etc? Does the AI handle things better when supply levels to fix/repair/upgrade factories aren't a problem?
I've looked around my copy of the manual but didn't see what the std rates would be in this case unless I'm thinking of it being in WITP manual. Anyone know what they are or where they are in the manual?
