As per title, can't load any scenarios now since upgrading on steam (1.09 Build 757.2) (community/standalone). Whenever I select a scenario I see a big red banner at the top saying [NOT LICENSED].

I've checked the integrity of my steam files, should I uninstall/reinstall?

Running steam app as admin solves the issue.
