I don't think it would be possible to do it well in PzC because of the scale.
When I look at this map: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Market_Garden#/media/File:Ww2_map68.jpg , the area for Op MG seems to be roughly twice as big as the area of London... PzC scens usually cover quite large areas, and the units don't represent companies or platoons either...
It is obviously possible to make a scenario for Op MG but a campaign for MG is a lot more difficult, especially one that will be connected with other existing campaigns where you can export/import your core units.
IMO, the scale, the size of the area and units are the main obstacles.
