Hello,

I want to save 2 oil ressource send by germany to Italia, i can save it in pord plan prelimanry but there aren't save in Use oil ( when i check the produce, there are not save again .... )

I retry, and they are save but i can't use this 2 oil in Use Oil Phase

Owing to the fact that the ability to use ally's oil to reorganize is not implemented, that is the way things are, because that oil is still owned by your ally at this stage of the sequence of play.

A bug, but not one that is going to be fixed until the ability to use ally's oil is implemented, and that won't be happening any time soon.

the problem is for Italia, they realy need oil for his fleet instead produce

For the little I know of how it works right now, IF you're getting oil via a trade, you need to have it saved from a previous turn in order to use it.
So Oil you're receiving as a trade, you can only save it or use it for production; not spend to reorganize units.

Very true. You need to have saved it the turn before. Once you're set up to have done this, you just repeat the process.
