Can someone explain why the delta.ini files released particularly for inclusion in the next Community Scenario Pack are not named the same as the scenario update version? I've noted on the Northern Fury updates that the name changes to the scenario, or more critically, those changes which are a replacement version, come with a delta.ini file with a different name. Thanks in advance for an answer.
