Hello,

I don't think if any bug but ....

Germany collapse Vichy but France is at war with CW, USA ( who is neutral ) and URSS ( relations windows )

Anotehr question : USA send 2 oil and 1 BP to france, there is 2 convoy between USA and North africa but all convoy are unused instead transport ressources

I fixed the first problem today [it will be available in version 2.1.1.6 or later]:

November 22, 2015 - Added code so if Vichy France is collapsed when Free France does not exist, then newly created Free France has the same relationship to other countries in the game as the Commonwealth.

On the resource transport issue, I assume you are talking about Free France and "North Africa" means its home country and assuming there is no other route to get the promised resources and BP there, then one oil and one BP should get through. (FAQ to rules states CPs needed for promised BPs must be kept reserved for this task). The US would lose an additional oil because promised but undelivered is lost to the owner.

If the original home country France still exists, then the two oil should get through and be stored somewhere in North Africa still owned by France, and the US would lose a BP, because lent BPs have to be delivered to the recipients home country. Edit: Unless the BP can reach a port connected by rail through a neutral Spain, in which case we are back to the first case.

After continu the games with the new patch, France is always at war again other allies on the Relation windows

The usa trade are lost ( I've continue the game (usa convoy : 1 in each zone between usa east coast and maroc/dakar ) but CW receive the ressource from france...

Sorry[:(], but I am not able to fix the problem after it has happened. The new version should work correctly if you restore the game before Vichy France is collapsed.
