It appears that the invader does not get credit for an elite Japanese Corps invading a jungle hex. The -4 for Jungle is applied as is the +1 for the inherent defense being disorganized.

Shouldn't the plus for an elite jungle unit Corps/Army be applied?

I can supply a file if needed.

I just did a normal (not invasion) attack with US marines into jungle, and they got the bonus. It would be nice to see what went wrong here.

I have done non invasion jungle combats that go just fine with the Japs and Americans.

Attached file is an example from a combat screen. I would not actually commit to such an attack. :)
