After I dispatch it how do I find out where its at or when it will be arriving? Can't seem to find this in any reports. Which may or may not also be related to a bug where artillery never arrived. Though I can't be for certain because I got frustrated and restarted.

Should be in the report for the theatre where you are moving it too.
