Hello to the Matrix team,
I'm also in the situation Resisti depicted in another burning thread : I couldn't pre-order because the bulk order calculation for transport cost is not yet working. I made another try this morning, but the transport costs are still in the $250-$300 for 17 units).
Well, what can I say to the 17 guys that are eagerly waiting for their CDs ? Will they have to pay $25 for their CD ? Are bulk orders going to be available in the coming days, or is it a question of weeks/months ? Do they have to put each an individual order (but it would be a pity) ?
Please, I need a bit of help from you, as I am a bit at a loss, and don't feel very comfortable in that situation, being pushed in the back by my friends, and blocked in the front ...
That doesn't prevent me from thanking and supporting you for your huge work. I REALLY would like to give you some money ;-).
Hoping we'll be able to work out that logistical problem very soon,
