When looking at the pilots of a squadron some have their training numbers in red and others green. What do the colors mean?

Green: improved a skill yesterday
Orange: improved a skill this month

The green numbers will turn red the day after they are listed as green. At the end of the month, all return to white and the process starts all over again. It is a way to see graphically that your pilots are learning something and not simply chasing the local women.

Thank you. I tried searching the forums but the search function leaves much to be desired. Any tips on searching the forums?

The search function on the forum is not very sophisticated as one would like. The best I can offer is to use key words, usually one at a time. But don't feel as if you can't ask the forum, many members will give you the thread that is most relevant to your topic. I rely heavily upon some key members to offer help. They are all very good at responding. Hal

Why not both!

Because, as the British would say, "You can't have your crumpet and eat it too!"
