The issues that seemed to effect the Arrow III in previous builds seem to still exist in on the US Ground-based Midcourse Defense system. I've run the test scenario attached several times; the bulk of the interceptors out of Alaska end up in tail-chases they will never win, and I have no idea where the interceptors from Vandenberg are going.
