Something weird and buggy has happened with the French relations in this game. France is listed as at war with Iraq but Iraq is not aligned to any MP and Axis can declare war on Iraq. Iraq is listed as neutral with all Major Powers except France!
Equally weird is that France is not neutral with any minor at all. They are at war with all that are not conquered or aligned. For example: France is at war with Tibet (!) but every other nation, both Axis and Allied, have Tibet listed as neutral. This should be an impossibility!
