DQ2004 -> Operation Barbarossa Begins (another GiF) (1/9/2016 8:00:07 AM)

That moment when you think; "I don't have enough units to attack the Russians.." and then, when you launch the attack anyway, you find that actually, yes you do

(Another one of my GiFs, showing the buildup and commencement of Operation Barbarossa in May-Jun 41. Both sides were caught on the hop by a very short Mar-Apr turn which prevented the Russians in particular from positioning themselves very well).

That is so cool! How long does it take?
How many images can be linked together?
Thanks for sharing them. [:)]

I believe the purge of the Soviet army officers did go a little to far, causing this setup... [;)]

These are very nice.[&o][&o][&o]

Could you add some information for a frame of reference? I am thinking that the Main Form's info on turn and impulse would be helpful. Or at lease a number somewhere showing which image is first ... last in the series.

My avatar was generated from 71 images linked together in a GIF and that was done with some freeware I Googled up. Mind you, generating the images took quite a while.

Cheers, Neilster
