My date I registered for the members area, 6/2/2007. No coupon :( I don't think I have ever got an anniversary coupon. I'm sure there is a glitch somewhere with my registration date.

@H Gilmer Please open a tech support ticket with account's username and the email address under which the account is registered. As far as I can see, I can't find any Matrix Members account under H Gilmer.

Cant find any game i want that i dont have. I'd like to buy a game i already own to gift it. Should i buy the game without being logged in so the person can register it? I haven't bought anything without being logged in, will i get the serial in my email so i can pass it along.

Many thanks guys! Used my 4 year - 44% discount coupon a few days ago, just saw this thread. Pretty sweet deal, but the joke's on me, I've already bought almost every expensive game that I could want here. Went for a few DLC I had been eyeing, which were very affordable with the discount.

If you experience any issue just open a helpdesk ticket and if need, we will transfer the serial number to your friend's account.

As far as I can see you have 5 SSL accounts. Please open a helpdesk support ticket as we will need to consolidate all accounts into one account.

The numbers of years and the numbers of games registered on that account counts for the final discount value.

But as your Matrix forum account username is H Gilmer, you'll see it displayed as H Gilmer. From now on, in Matrix forum, in Matrix members and in Slitherine, you just need to login as Gilmer. That's why we have now the SSL account.

Today is my 12th anniversary according to my profile and account information. But it says that no coupons are available for this account. It does show that three accounts have been merged!

So my date of anniversary is 8/21/2004 why no coupon? Maybe its a question of "eventually it will show up, its on the way". Does it have to come down to me having to open a helpdesk. I was hoping the wrinkles have been ironed out of the system by now.
