Turn 6. Jul/Aug 1940. Final Production. Italy. Italy's in the same boat as Japan, which is they have more factories than resources to feed them. However, they expect to be supplied more resources through trade with Germany. Italy's oil situation is worse than Japan's. Italy has no organic source of oil and must rely on German. That is, unless they can continue their progress in the Middle East and capture CW oil resources. Because of their fleet and air activity this turn, Italy burned two oil points, which put their stockpile down to 1. Because of rounding, Italy could save three oil points and achieve the same BP production as if they had save two oil points and used the third for production.
