2 versions of game (Full Version)

I have just installed patch 1.09 followed by 1.10. I now have 2 game folders and looks like 2 installations. Can someone tell me what is going on and should it be like this? Now confused as to what I should be playing to get latest version. One of the folders is named Game of the Year Edition. This still shows v 1.09 and says I have latest version.

See I can register on Steam which I am now doing and will see which version that gives me. If all goes well then I assume I can uninstall any other versions elsewhere.

You can. You should have only one folder. Probably you installed the update in a different folder than the folder where the game was originally installed.

Version 1.09 points to the following folder:
C:\Matrix Games\Command Wargame of the Year Edition

The version 1.10 installer defaults to the following file path:
C:\Matrix Games\Command Modern Air Naval Operations

To intall 1.10 just run the installer and point to the "C:\Matrix Games\Command Wargame of the Year Edition" folder. The installer will then update the correct folder.[:)]

Thanks guys. Whilst thinking about it Isaw that I could convert the game to a Steam title so I went ahead and did so.

Now game shows 1.10 and now will not have to worry about keeping up with updates as the in game updater never seemed to work anyway.
