DonCzirr -> Good Pacific Scenario? (3/2/2016 4:56:06 PM)

Hi All,

Any recommendations here?

Looking for a WWII Pacific scenario with Air, Land and Sea power - preferably when Japan still has some teeth.

Thanks

Larry Fulkerson is the guy you need to talk to.

One of my favourites: Operation Cartwheel 44 http://www.the-strategist.net/RD/scenarii/the-operational-art-of-war-scenario-782-Operation-Cartwheel-44

Thanks guys.

Cartwheel seems a little late in the game however:

"Japanese Tips: Your game is reactionary. Each island and it's value should be considered on a turn by turn basis as to either strengthen or withdraw forces. The Automatic Victory should only be considered late in the game as all 5 AVP locations are strongly held by Allied forces on turn one."

I found a couple in the stock scenarios but letting the AI play as both, it seems that the play balance may be a bit off. So - continuing the search for a well balanced Pacific scenario ... Larry if you have any advice - would be appreciated ....

Looking further into the WW II Pacific folder, there seems to be several more available but most do not have a PO for either side ....

There are no "good" Pacific Scenarios for this game, if you want realistic land + air + naval combat [:(]
